Skilled, Mature Leadership.
The staff at Sea-Gull is comprised primarily
of college-age senior counselors who possess specialty skills in
one or more of our program areas. Many are former campers; others
come to us from various universities across the U.S. and abroad.
Our staff members are selected for their creative teaching abilities
and their love of working with children . Our supervisory staff
is also hand picked. Our Waterfront Director, Head Counselor, Program
Director, and out-of-camp Trippers are older, more experienced,
and leaders in their fields. In addition, a full-time doctor and
nurse reside on the camp grounds.
